“Such a fun day!! We chose the Surprise Me package and the excitement for a week leading up to the event was really neat as you revealed what we had to pack. My favourite part was not having to lift a finger (unless it was to pick up yummy food or my glass of wine!). Customers Brief
It has been a long year and we haven’t had time to all get together. We are two companies that work side by side and we wanted to get our teams together to thank you for all the work they have done. I just want to be able to turn-up and not have to think about the organisation, as I do that all day every day.
The brief given to Unforgettable Fun was to:
- Have some time to chill out together
- Enjoy some lovely Bay of Islands Food and Wine
- Go out on the water
- We are a little competitive so opportunities for a bit of a competition between us
- Would really love a momento for us all to take away
- Oh and can it please all be a surprise?
The Outcome
Every box was ticked. This is what it looked like:
- Teasers were sent to the teams in the seven days prior to the event setting the scene and building some excitement
- They were given an address where we would meet them and the fun started
- Champagne Breakfast on arrival
- Private transfer pick-up to take the group to the Wharf where a private boat charter was waiting for them
- A beautiful day sailing in the Bay of islands. We then stopped off at one of the islands and here they had their competition. Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and team building to get them to the top of the Island
- 2-Course lunch prepared by a private chef
- Back on land it was a quick change and then an activity to see all their creativity shine. We introduced the concept of ‘Paint n Sip’ WOW some of the paintings they created really showed some flair. This was the momento that everyone had to take away
- Tapas Dinner
- Beautiful Overnight accommodation in luxury overnight apartments
The group had fun, connected, showed their competitiveness; all while having the opportunity to kick back relax and enjoy each other’s company. Unforgettable Fun offered our full end to end solution, being alongside them all the way to ensure they didn’t need to think about a thing
